An Iowa born native and Nova Southeastern University Alumnus, Dr. Nelson earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine after vigorously seeking an understanding of the science and application of the foundations of "energetic medicine." He knows from first-hand experience that true healing lies within each one of us. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Osteopathic Medical Society and Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

When not at work, Dr. Nelson is an avid reader and researcher. He participates as a member of the Hillsborough County Osteopathic Association to aid in establishing annual nonprofit clinics in Jamaica. Traditional treatment programs focus on dealing with the disease and its complications. They fail to address the underlying factors which help it form, multiply and spread across our bodies.
